What we collect
When you send a quote request, we receive what you enter in the form: your name, contact details, company, project location and description, plus any files you attach. We also record the page you sent it from and, if you choose to tell us, how you found us.
How we use it
- To respond to your request, prepare a quote and, if you hire us, carry out and invoice the work.
- To keep records of jobs we complete, as any business must for accounting and tax.
We do not sell or rent your information. We won't add you to marketing emails or text messages unless you ask us to.
Your files
Drawings and photos you upload are stored privately with our form provider and in our business email. They are never published on this website or shared publicly. We only share them with others when it's needed to do your job (for example, a material supplier), and only the parts they need.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that don't become a job are deleted within 12 months. Information related to jobs we complete is kept as long as needed for business and tax records.
Website measurement
If we measure website visits, we use privacy-friendly analytics that count page views and clicks without advertising cookies or tracking you across other sites. This website loads its typeface from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers.
Service providers
The website and its forms are hosted by a third-party provider that processes submissions on our behalf. Email is handled through Google.
