What to send
Files we can work from.
A clean cut file is fastest, but you don't need one to get started.
DXF or DWG
Preferred. 2D, 1:1 scale, with units noted. Ready to nest and cut.
PDF drawing
Dimensioned drawings work. We'll prepare the cut file from it.
Sketch or photo
A hand sketch with measurements, or a photo next to a tape measure.
Sample part
Bring in an existing part and we can measure it to make the file.
Drafting time to create a cut file from a PDF, sketch or sample may be included in the quote. Files too big to attach? Upload them on our Send Plans page.
One-off or production
Built for the next order, too.
Need one bracket today and fifty next month? Once a part is drawn and cut, reordering is simple: send the part name or file and the new quantity.
If you're a shop sending regular overflow cutting or subcontract fabrication, tell us your usual volume and we'll talk about batch pricing.
Ask About Production WorkWhat sets the price
- Material: type, thickness, and whether we supply it or you do
- Cutting time: total cut length, pierce count and part complexity
- Setup: preparing the file and nesting parts on the sheet
- Quantity: setup is shared across larger runs
- Secondary work: deburring, bending, welding, assembly
- Delivery: pickup, local delivery or shipping
We confirm thickness limits, edge quality and tolerances for your specific part when we quote, rather than publishing one-size-fits-all numbers.

CNC questions
Common questions.
Can you cut from my customer's drawing?
Yes. Send the drawing as you received it. If it's a PDF, we'll confirm dimensions with you before cutting.
Can I supply my own material?
Yes. Tell us the material type and thickness when you request the quote. We can also source material for you.
Do you do small quantities?
Yes, including single parts. Setup cost is spread over fewer parts, so per-piece pricing drops as quantity rises.
Can you ship parts?
Suitable parts can be shipped within Florida. Shipping is quoted based on size, weight and destination.
